What is Plantzy? 

Plantzy is a florist with an online store and a studio-boutique in the Mile End where you can find plants, flowers, moss frames, dried flowers, planters, plant accessories and care tips.

What are your opening hours?

We are only open for pickup (you have to order throught our website). 

What does Plantzy offer?

You will find online plants, flowers, moss frames, dried flowers, planters, plant accessories and care tips.

In addition to the products from the online store, in our studio-boutique you will find unique creations, our classic potting bar and personalized maintenance advice. Please note that our awesome sets are not available in store.

Why should I buy my plants from Plantzy?
Because we sell the right plants to the right person and we provide maintenance support service via Facebook Messenger after your purchase.

I am having trouble with my plants, what should I do?
Write to us and send us pictures to support your questions via Facebook Messenger; that way, it will be easier for us to understand what’s happening with your plant. Warning! Write to us as soon as you notice an issue. It will be impossible for us to help you if your interior plant is already dead. Please note that we also offer a workshop called “Plants for Dummies” which allows you to acquire all the bases necessary for the maintenance of the plants and much more!

I have pets, are plants toxic for them?
Yes, some plants are, don’t hesitate to contact us before your purchase. As for the Plant Sets purchases, please specify in the notes section your request for non toxic plants for animals. We will personalize your sets accordingly. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that there’s no danger for your pets, as every plant can be harmful somehow for animals.

Can I add a message to my order?
Of course! Below the section where you select the date and hour for the delivery, there’s a box where you can leave the message. We will slip a little card in your parcel.

How can I get my order?
You have two options at checkout. You can select a delivery in Montreal if you are within our delivery zone or you can select the pickup option at our studio-boutique in the Mile End. 

Which area is served by the online store?
At the moment we deliver all Plantzy products in Montreal, the beginning of the South shore and the beginning of the North shore. You have to enter your postal code on the cart page to find out if you are in our area.

When can I expect a delivery?
Deliveries are made from NOON to 5PM. For any special request, please contact us.

Can I edit the delivery address or the date once my order is submitted?
Call us as soon as possible to adjust the address at 514 250-5381.

How is my order delivered? 

Given the fragile nature of our products, we deliver the orders ourselves. We try to respect as much as possible our promised delays, but sometimes, traffic and high volume of deliveries can slow the process. If the package is damaged in some ways, please let us know! info@plantzy.com

Do I absolutely need to be present to receive my order?
Yes; if it’s not possible, call us at 514 250-5381 to give us clear instructions of where we can leave the order. Otherwise, the delivery person will leave it at the door during summer. 

If you are offering a gift, please ensure that the person is present at the delivery time you have selected.

If leaving the package at the door is impossible, the package will be returned to our office and we will have to reschedule a delivery + the additonnal fees. 

 

Is your website secure?
Our website uses the best technology in terms of security. All your (non-bank) data is encrypted in accordance with industry security protocols to ensure maximum security.

Which payment methods do you accept in store?
We accept credit cards and cash. NO DEBIT.

REFUND POLICY

All sales on perishable items are final and are not eligible for returns. However, if within 72 hours of receiving your plant dies or shows strong signs of disease or pests, contact us via email with photos and we will find an arrangement. 72 hours after delivery, Plantzy can not be held responsible. If you encounter any difficulties with the maintenance of your plants, do not hesitate to contact Plantzy via Facebook by private message, an expert will guide you.
